We apologise about the delay in you receiving your order, all our orders are shipped via royal mail and leave us Monday to Friday and will be shipped same day if purchased before 1pm, Any delays that occur with your order may not directly be our fault as we can not control the speeds in which royal mail delivers your package but can only go on their stated delivery times. Personalised Items

Customised items are made to order, which means that there is a 2-4 week production + shipping time, this could be longer, depending on public holidays and high demand. We will keep you updated throughout the production process via email. You will receive a series of emails updating you on the status of your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the uk will take a maximum of 5-7 business days to arrive. We also offer next day delivery at checkout ( only valid on orders purchased before 1pm Monday to Friday )

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
